Email quote requests, organized for review

SmartRFQ helps an authorized mailbox operator process aircraft charter quote requests. It reads incoming messages from a connected Gmail mailbox, extracts trip details, checks configured aircraft and schedule availability, and forwards eligible requests to JetInsight RequestAI.

SmartRFQ uses Gmail read access to process messages and Gmail send access to deliver eligible requests and configured review emails. It uses OpenAI for message analysis, Cloudflare for application processing and operational records, and a configured JetInsight calendar for schedule checks. Forwarded requests can include the original message and attachments.

The current deployment connects a designated operator-managed mailbox. It does not currently offer public account registration or self-service Gmail connections. Automated results require appropriate operational review and are not a flight-safety determination or booking confirmation.
